HAPPY BIRTHDAY JIMMY STEWART! | May 20, 1908 - July 2, 1997

“I’m the inarticulate man who tries. I don’t really have all the answers, but for some reason, somehow, I make it.”

Made it to Goodwill yesterday and found these gorgeous Reader’s Digest books for $1.00. I cannot wait to turn these into bookends and floating shelves! If anyone is interested in a tutorial of some kind about how I make them or just want to see the finished result let me know. I already turned the dust jacket spines into bookmarks.

I really loved this scene. For once, a body switch in a cartoon has a realistic reaction other than “welp, that happened.”

I bought a new bookshelf to finally put my books away, but it had some empty space so I bought more books but in true nerdy fashion went overboard and will probably have to buy another when they get here…thus the vicious cycle begins :/

We launched Google Reader in 2005 in an effort to make it easy for people to discover and keep tabs on their favorite websites. While the product has a loyal following, over the years usage has declined. So, on July 1, 2013, we will retire Google Reader. Users and developers interested in RSS alternatives can export their data, including their subscriptions, with Google Takeout over the course of the next four months.

Google is shutting down Google Reader, because they are stupid. (via shortformblog)

WTF GOOGLE!

More like a million kagillion dollars…
